“O They Tell Me of a Home . . .”
O they tell me of a home far away
O they tell me of a place where no storm clouds rise
O they tell me of an uncloudy day
O they tell me of a place where my friends
O they tell me of that land far away
Where the tree of life in eternal bloom
Sheds it’s fragrance on an uncloudy day
The words of this old hymn epitomize the way I feel about the Atlanta University Center. At the risk of being redundant, I cannot help but write my own post on the wonderful event that was the Spelman and Morehouse Homecoming. We’ve already had a post about Homecoming, but mine takes a different form. Enjoy the photos.
The Red SOLO cup. The Real MVP of any HBCU Homecoming.
O they tell me of a home far away . . .
See you out there next year, ya’ll.
